Good Afternoon Everyone!

Hope you had a great holiday filled with delicious food and the occasional passive-aggressive family interaction.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to fill out the survey.

As promised, here’s what you think of us.

TL;DR: We have a readability and relevancy problem, which we’ll be working on in 2024.

Love the humor you include, but sometimes you guys get SO casual in your tone it undermines your assessment of a topic because it can be hard to see it in a serious light.
